A standard blog feature is a "View older posts" link or a full numbered pagination list at the bottom of an index page.
The monthly archive links are useful, but I think the bottom links provide a better UI for browsing all articles.

Closed by 6f9de45. Pagination was already in the public controller, the index view template "just" needed will_paginate
Should probably add basic CSS style or make it say older / newer? Open to suggestions
