This was actually implemented but never enabled on release. The problem was that I wanted to get it working properly for labels too but that adds quite a bit of complexity and requires a different approach in a few places. However, given the interest in the feature, I think I will just enable it in an upcoming release and state that it doesn't work with labels yet.

Just a note that I'm going to hold off on this until the upcoming changes in Reason syntax land. I need to reimplement it anyway using a better parser. On the other hand, it might be possible now to get this to work just via Merlin. When I tried before, the s-expr navigation features did not work reliably for Reason but that may have been due to some sort of bugs upstream.
Another thing to think about is that it might be worth doing some lazy parsing of the AST for the current edited file and keeping that partially cached somehow. The results could be shared and used for other navigation commands which have been requested.
