<C> Block game logic causes the game to hang about kingdom-royale-maid

As far as I can tell, once this code executes

	self.announce_secret_meeting_partners(ctx).await?;
	self.open_secret_meeting_rooms(ctx).await?;
	self.make_king_select_target(ctx).await?;
	self.make_assistant_choose(ctx).await?;

The bot no longer sends messages.

Note that the bot continues getting events, but it no longer responds to them.

I couldn't pinpoint in the logs anything special, but I'll have to check that code out.

Here's me hoping 315e8a8 did something to prevent this, though we might have other hangs, let's see

Limited testing seems to indicate I fixed this (probably in the commit mentioned above)
