Translation will just not work for them or it's just a recommendation for some languages that may stay with english names?

GIT only handles text files correctly if they are encoded in UTF-8, everything else is treated as a binary file which prevents maintainers to easily use the DIFF tolls available in github.

Every since XX, git as working-tree-encoding which allows git to properly handle UTF-16 files, including the diff tools.

Translated OPTIONS_4_englishvoonly (ENGLISH VO ONLY) string in z_bf2.utxt is not working for some reason as it stays in English anyway.

These were the lines that I had previously removed in my pull request commit (SINE@93997d6) but reverted by request.

Currently, to approve a pull request a maintainer is expected to checkout the PR and manually run ./check-localization.exe in order to ensure there's no errors with the new changes.

This actions would perform this task automatically.

Main menu seems alright, but kit selection, scoreboard cursor activation hint and radio message menu strings just makes text starting "Ё" invisible.
And i don't think that it's font problem because i'm sure it supports that glyph, so it's more of a font code parameter bug for these places.
