I figured a way. We have to use craco js to extend cra default config and in craco.config.js

  babel: {
    plugins: [
      [
        '@ladifire-opensource/babel-plugin-transform-stylex',
        {
          inject: true, // will inject compiled css to stylesheet in head
        },
      ],
    ],
  },
};
