Just published v1.0.0 that fixes this issue.
Note the rename of package from @react-native-community/react-native-clipboard to @react-native-community/clipboard
from clipboard.

i'm recently start to have the same problem, i'm using RN 0.60.5
I think the change was not released, but you could get those changes directly since the last commit, meanwhile they release those changes
yarn add https://github.com/react-native-community/react-native-clipboard/archive/92844309a578715809ff0be047c637fee30bdb65.tar.gz
from clipboard.
