根据教师管理系统的特点，采用面向对象方法，选择较比较成熟的J2EE作为开发平台进行系统开发，系统架构采取B/S结构进行架构。本项目选用Mysql作为系统数据库，具有较强的可操作性和可维护性。在对该学校教师管理工作教学的基础上，明确了系统的各项需求，包括业务流程、功能需求和非功能需求，通过UML设计方法完成了系统的用例图、活动图的设计，对数据库的概念结构和逻辑结构进行了设计，系统在功能设计上分模块加以实现。论文详细地介绍了各功能模块的设计和实现过程，重点介绍了部分关键技术，并完成了系统测试工作，分析了测试结果。 sh为 struts+hibernate的一个集成框架，是目前较流行的一种Web应用程序开源框架。以帮助开发人员在短期内搭建结构清晰、可复用性好、维护方便的Web应用程序。 支持异步提交 基于jsp(Struts2)+mysql(hibernate) 前后端分离 css部分使用bootstrap框架
