Ok, example plugin wasn't updated in a long time. If you can go to
~/.config/sunflower. Edit file named 'config' and in 'main' section find
'plugins' and remove 'example' from there.

Then try to run the program and let me know if it still crashes.

Ok, I removed "example," from the plugins line of sunflower config and
now I don't get anything, not even the "Version Overview" window.
Here's the traceback:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "./Sunflower.py", line 48, in <module>
    app.run()
  File "/home/myname/Install/Sunflower/application/gui/main_window.py",
line 1162, in run
    if not self.load_tabs(self.left_notebook, 'left_notebook'):
  File "/home/myname/Install/Sunflower/application/gui/main_window.py",
line 1338, in load_tabs
    globals()[tab_class],
KeyError: 'MountList'

BTW, after I filed the issue report, I tried the previous version
(0.1a-21) and it works fine.

Oh, you had a tab opened with MountList. Can you reset your saved tabs by
removing 'tabs' file from ~/.config/sunflower. Sorry about the trouble, just
Example plugin wasn't updated to reflect new changes and you had it turned on
with opened tab.

Ok, that solved the problem. Thanks!

However, that reminds me of a question I've had - How do you close
opened tabs (besides removing the tabs file)?

By pressing CTRL+W. Take a look at keyboard shortcuts on wiki for more
(http://code.google.com/p/sunflower-fm/wiki/WelcomePage?tm=6). Thank you for
this issue report. Although it's not a issue I'll add more checking to the
program so people don't run into same problems again.

Thanks, good to know. I had been looking in the menu pull-downs. I see
now that there's a lot more available via keyboard shortcuts!

Yeah. Program is heavily keyboard oriented but I'll definitely add all those
other options. Reason behind that is if you are use to mouse operations chances
are you find Nautilus just fine. General idea is to enable user to do
everything with keyboard.
