Cannot render HTML about markdown-it-vue

Hi, thanks for the awesome project.

Here is a question: how to render HTML?

I tried the following options

const options = {
	icons: 'font-awesome',
	html: true,
	linkify: true
};

But it is rendering the html tags as plain text.

(I'm aware that rendering HTML may lead do XSS attacks, however I'm using it only for rendering my personal study notes on the browser)

It works for me.

const options = {
	markdownIt: {
		html: true
	}
}
