Hi,
I know the issue is old but I've got the same on Linux Mint, Version 3.2.2 (3211), the package does not appear in the list...

That's odd. Please confirm that it is not installed. It may be also a problem of the package control server. Please try again later.

I was able to install Terminus from Package Control in Sublime Text 3 (3175).

Try updating Sublime version to latest, no issues on 3207.
