Console is completely black with blinking cursor about terminus

It seems that your console shell doesn't come with ulimit command.

could you open python/or the sublime console and run

import subprocess; subprocess.check_output(['sh', '-c', 'ulimit -Sn'])

I ran the command in Sublime console and got the following:

>>> import subprocess; subprocess.check_output(['sh', '-c', 'ulimit -Sn'])
b'1024\n'

In regular bash ulimit works fine.

Thanks. I have updated the dependency ptyprocess. Please do the following

1. uninstall Console
2. make sure the folder ptyprocess is removed under the folder of Preferences: Browse Packages
3. restart Sublime Text and reinstall Console

@randy3k I'm having this same problem. What do you mean 'uninstall Console'? I don't see that as an option in ST3

Terminus was called "Console". Just try reinstalling Terminus
