Bike sharing systems are a means of renting bicycles where the process of obtaining membership, rental, and bike return is automated via a network of kiosk locations throughout a city. Using these systems, people are able rent a bike from a one location and return it to a different place on an as-needed basis. Currently, there are over 500 bike-sharing programs around the world. In this project, forecasting of the bike rental demand of Bike sharing program in Washington, D.C. is done based on historical usage patterns using Random Forest Regressor Model

This projects aims to forecast the number of new cases going ahead in 2022 and also try to determine when will this new wave due to the omicron variant come to an end. The reason for choosing this dataset is that Covid is something that has become a part of everone's life and people have questions regarding how long this pandemic is going to last. The variations in the data is due to the multiplicative factor by which the virus continues to spread. This can lead to an exponential pattern in which the virus is spreading and can be forecasted well using time series forecasting methods.

In recent years, attention has increasingly been paid to human resources (HR), since worker quality and skills represent a growth factor and a real competitive advantage for companies. This dataset contains information about a segment of employees in the sales team of a large insurance company regarding demographics, tenure and past performance of the employees. This model aims to solve a binary classification problem where it predicts employees who are likely to leave the organization.
