What time is the by_* will support the Rails4? about by_star

There's currently a dependency issue:

  In Gemfile:
    by_star (>= 0) ruby depends on
      activerecord (~> 3.0) ruby

    rails (= 4.0.0.rc1) ruby depends on
      activerecord (4.0.0.rc1)

This is now supported--gemfile puts no constraint on AR.
