Incompatibility With FormBorderStyle Enum & Python Keyword about pywebview

It seems like None keyword in this context is disallowed in Python 3. I have pushed a workaround into the master, seems to do the job. Please tell me if it solves the problem for you.

Yep, hard coding the enum seems to work fine.
