if we have some possibility to execute this with framework.

I hit this when updating from MySQL 5.7 to 8 in #1665
What causing this is missing permission for user (permission name XA_RECOVER_ADMIN
). By release note of MySQL 8.0
MySQL 8.0 introduces a new system privilege XA_RECOVER_ADMIN which controls the capability to execute
the statement XA RECOVER. An attempt to do XA RECOVER by a user who wasn’t granted
the new system privilege XA_RECOVER_ADMIN will cause an error.
so there is need to add this permission to created user like this grant XA_RECOVER_ADMIN on *.* to 'user'@'%';
I tested this localy and test (baremetal) passing when running on my MySQL instance.
How to fix it when testing I currently don't know as I'm not aware of some env variable for user permission or if we have some possibility to execute this with framework.
