Make standalone tear sheet depend on quantrisk about pyfolio

@justinlent I changed the title to make it more broad. I think we should try to come to a mode where there's only one tearsheet we all use depending on the same code base (i.e. quantrisk).

@justinlent I'm not sure how far the standalone NB you're using now is from what's in quantrisk. I think that would influence how we go about doing that and whether we should merge the NB back into quantrisk, or the other way around.
