Toggleable "When Vanished" feature about advancedvanish

Also, for the toggle thing, I was just using that as an example, would be awesome if you could do it for every single one

So a command like /vanish toggle - will display all "When Vanished" options that they have permission for in chat:

Permission Example: advancedvanish.toggle.breakblock - placeblock- attackentities - usechest - etc.

Player who has permission can than do /vanish toggle blockbreak - etc.

I guess adding this feature would render all the config options for "When Vanished" useless, as we could have more control on specific roles having specific ability to do specific "when vanished" options via permissions.

It gives more flexibility for servers to give specific when vanish options to different lp groups
