The best way to test in-app purchases is to test on the real device. Apple reviewers also testing on the real device.
Unfortunately, I can't help you in this case. If it works on your local device, it should work on any device. Try to test on your local device on release build mode. Maybe you have different bundle ids for debug and release modes, idk.

I already did that, I ran a release and also the version that is on the testflight and they all work perfectly, I sent them for review again yesterday and they returned to me with the same message, saying that when I click the button, nothing happens
