@S-Yacer I was not saying to remove prefill, I think we need more optimized implementation of prefill (when bs > 1). I have that code locally, but I need to fix my dev node firstly and update the mixtral-moe branch.

@S-Yacer I didn't test with very long prompts, I suspect this is caused by prefill. I'll look at this issue further.

when removing prefill, im running into OOM rapidly.. or cuda related errors.
