EventLoop.stop_serving() closes the socket. This will make all pending
operations on the socket promptly abort with an error.
So the proactor could maintain a weakset of sockets that we have used
stop_serving() on. Then each time an overlapped operation completes, we can
check the associated socket is in the weakset and cancel the future if it is.
