Project name change to Pylon IDE about pylon

I think this is a great step forward for the legacy Cloud9 community for the reason most people would like hosting their own cloud service and would like to provide Cloud9 as a alternative.

Right now I synced the OpenShift images (v2) to this repo. If there is any breaking change with moving the repo I will not hesitate to do fixes.

In the development branch there is a bug preventing files from being deleted from the context menu, there is an exception at apf_release.js:15376, basically ajax doesn't have a namespaceURI for "https://github.com/pylonide/pylon" so it is undefined, and I traced it down to this change to plugins-client/pylon.core/www/core/util.xml:

If I revert that file back, I can start deleting files from the context menu again.

And I don't think it is just deletes, I think it is more to do with popup dialogue boxes. Like if I try to upload a file bigger than 50mb I see the same exception which also went away after reverting.

I'm not sure if reverting it is the preferred solution, so I thought I'd mention it here.

Update: looks like I'm getting Tarball SHA integrity mismatches on CircleCI, probably unintended side effect of the namespace move.
