Made Signals_As_Input in pyjarrett/trendy_terminal@74bdd97 and pyjarrett/trendy_terminal@ffd5050. This covers the case of during input, but not during output dumping. I want to be able to capture and use Ctrl-C to stop output during reporting.

Ctrl- C during output is a separate issue. The environment RAII type of Trendy Terminal restores on normal exit.
