The basic solution is to do it like with pydev and generate project files.
But I think importing a project in pycharm also takes a few steps so that's not helpful.
Are you considering something along the lines of the eclipse maven integration but for pybuilder?

I think generating the '.iml' files should be enough.

Hi @aelgru ,
Try using the 'python.pycharm' plugin with the generate_pycharm task. After doing this I am able to import the directory in PyCharm with the correct folder as source root.
