Update fastrtps bottle about homebrew-px4

FastRTPS could have a broken dependency:

FastRTPS should be updated to 1.6.0. The dependencies can be handled after that.

Rebuilding the bottle with a new version of FastRTPS would probably fix also the dependency problem.

I don't have the privileges to upload a new bottle.
I tried to upgrade FastRTPS to the latest version (1.7.0), but the Homebrew formula includes a patch file and it doesn't longer apply cleanly. Here are the results: https://travis-ci.org/pietrodn/homebrew-px4/builds/475644882

I updated to v1.6. Nuno, let me know if you want 1.7.

Thanks! Let's stick with 1.6.0 for now, since I am having issues with 1.7.0 on my Ubuntu machine.
