Changelog not up to date and bad name for tarball about solaar

The tarballs (and their names) are automatically generated by github from git tags.
The changes for 0.8.9.x versions are included in the 0.8.9 changelog -- .x are patches to the 0.8.9 release, usually minor enough to barely register in the changelog.

Ok, stange, on my specfile for mageia, with 0.8.9, tarball was not having the same name:
%{name}-%{version}.tar.gz instead of %{version}.tar.gz for 0.8.9.1
Not easy to follow for packager if tarball doesn't always have the same name.
However, thanks for the answer even if I think that all should be in Changelog for quicker packaging. ;-)
