Add support for less common data types about ultraviolet

Having reviewed the list there isn't as much to do as I feared:

To add:

• bool
• bvec (2,3,4)
• ivec (2,3,4)

Won't add yet:

• double - Not supported in all GLSL versions, so ignore for now.
• uint / uvec - Scala cannot represent unsigned Ints so again, ignore for now.
• dvec - Again, double not supported.
• Note on bools - they're a bit odd because you're allowed to implicitly convert from bool <-> int and bool <-> float, the rule is that 0 is false and anything else is true. Might ignore for now, suspect it'll come back as in issue quickly.
