Hi,

In our case, it's individual membre.
We have 22 chapters which each recruit and collect between 10 and 30 members. When they pay us the dues they have collected and transfer the lists to us, it would be so much simpler to deal only with the new members (indicate on the lists) and to be able to do a mass renewal for the others (in checking the boxes).
Just to be clear: we speak of several hundred renewals per years, all between november and march.

We have already tried with the import tool, but it's was a nightmare.

Especially to find customer and member numbers, check addresses, detect changes of name or email... and reproduce this work 22 times. Passing the first month each excel files has been "improved" by the volunteers who are in contact with the members... So it must ne checked before trying to import.

In short, we do all the renewal by hand, by clicking on each member, then on subscription, then on new subscription...
