RoundRobbin: Integer overflow with Interlocked.Increment about proxykit

After changing _position to a long you would need to be able to read it safely since qwords are not guaranteed to be read atomically on all platforms. You could initialize _position to -1 and do something like this:

private long _position = -1;

and...

var pos = Interlocked.Increment(ref _position);
var mod =  pos % _distribution.Length;
var upstreamHost = _distribution[mod];
