Create an improved dashboard with all the ecosystem plots about open-sustainable-technology

Here the integration of the plots into a dashboard in a very lean way:

The dashboard will be build by combining:

1. https://pypi.org/project/mkdocs-plotly-plugin/
2. https://squidfunk.github.io/mkdocs-material/reference/content-tabs/

Here a very early implementation:

ToDo:

• Port plotting code from last report to new ecosyste.ms json format.
• Create consistent design
• Create CI job to update the plots.
