EAHC should give no warning on callSuper=false about lombok

Currently, if the superclass of the annotated class is NOT
java.lang.Object, a warning is generated if the @ EqualsAndHashCode does not
have the parameter callSuper=true. There is no way to suppress this
warning. However, if non of the superclasses have hashCode or equals
implemented, it would be great if the user can tell the compiler to
explicitly NOT call the super methods.

So, if the superclass is not java.lang.Object, a warning will be generated
is the callSuper parameter is not specyfied.

Fixed in commit 8428be5

Will be rolled out in v0.8.3.

Roel: It's been tested in eclipse. can you verify javac?
