Add links to the video on the website, for those who don't have the right plugin combo. about lombok

There's always a possibility someone can't SEE the video. We'll need to either add a more explicit
link to a page that explains how to download the video, or we need to add the links to the
slideshow page, relying on users who can't see the video to settle for the slideshow instead, which
is probably a fair assumption.

Addressed in commit 36f0168

the 'I want to see a slideshow instead' link now has another link in the same horizontal space: "I can't see the
video", which leads to a new simple page with the same instructions you get in the normal video fallback
mechanism (download links as well as a suggestion to update to a real browser, or install flash or quicktime).
