Get maven repo into maven central. about lombok

The JIRA bug tracker which you need to use to do this has been set to only admins for a while now,
so going the official route is utterly impossible. I've wasted enough time on that. But this article
seems promising:

0.9.3.1 is appeared in maven central. I think that was you, Anthony. Super!

We'll send you a mail when we release 0.10.0 final and we'll take care of updating the maven instructions on the website.

Just to be clear, I added the maven-lombok-plugin to the central repo by following the latest Sonatype instructions. I did not add the lombok jar. If I recall correctly, I was unclear as to what would need to be done to get the necessary artifacts from the ant-based build (the new procedures want source and javadoc too). (If Lombok was a Maven project, I would know exactly what to do.)

I'd be happy to investigate this for you as I'd prefer to see the lombok artifacts available from central.

we're managing lombok into maven ourselves for a while now. 0.9.3 is in there, and 0.10.0, once we release it, will be too.
