Manual test case enhancement (Frontend) about certification-tool

@raju-apple @krypton36 If I understood correctly, we will create a interface for the user to add the commands that he wants to send (Manual way) to the chip tool, e.g.:

Here is a manual test (TC-DRLK-2.1) the test needs to the user go to the chip-tool and write the command manually and check the response to return into test harness if the result is okay or not, so instead of that we will give a prompt to the user to write those commands right?
