FSLOAD replacement code from CasKazSan has been extensively tested and it
corrects the problem and, so far, does not create any new ones

Moved to 'Fixed' per developer changes and testing.
Waiting for originator ot confirm issue is resolved so it can be changed to
'Done'
If no response and no further issues reported, it can be moved to 'Done' next
release (5.0)

board with 2 64 KB EEPROMs. Issue is closed/verified.
