behavior of word "cogreset" :

if I am connected to cog N:

N cogreset should reconnect cog N after it resets
M cogreset should provide no visible display

cog6: 0 cogreset -> cog6
cog6: 5 cogreset -> Cog5
cog6: 6 cogreset -> locks
cog6: 7 cogreset -> cog7, cog6

cog 5: 5 cogreset ->locks
cog 5: 0 cogreset -> cog5
cog 5: 6 cogreset -> cog 7, version string, cog 6
cog 5: 7 cogreset -> cog7, cog 6

cog7: 0 cogreset cog7
cog7: 5 cogreset cog5, cog 7, cog 5
cog7: 6 cogreset cog 7, version string, cog 6
cog7: 7 cogreset locks (reboot)
