There should be at least 2 options:

  1. Disable the global logger using goose.SetLogger, and supply either a goose.NopLogger() (added in #383), or bring your own which implements the Logger interface.
goose.SetLogger(goose.NopLogger())
  1. Use goose.NewProvider and run any method (like *provider.Up() or *provider.Down()) which by default does not produce any output unless you supply a functional option to opt-in to more verbose logging. The Provider is a new edition and is not affected by any global state except if there are globally registered Go migrations. Specifically, there is an entire section about reducing the logging from the core package.
