Which version of the library are you using? Latest 0.2.3.1?
Because I am unable to replicate this issue.
Are you sure these are all PE files (the goodware)? Because the notebook discards all files that are not PE.

I tried to change the data and it works. Thank you very much for the suggestion. Can you share some benign datasets of PE32 please? I would appreciate it if you can. Of course I understand if it is not possible for some reasons.

I don't think I can share goodware, but you can either use some regular Windows programs (notepad.exe, calc.exe, etc), or either browse GitHub for them!
