AsyncAPI: Library for easier integration testing of code generators about gsoc-2024

This year we need to learn if code generators (the way we're providing them right now) is something we want to invest in. Seems like a bad idea to me but I don't have the numbers yet. Maybe we can explore other ways to build code generators. Check with @jonaslagoni.

I'm 100% pro code generators, but also agree this is a bad idea to have this topic in mentorship as I already communicated that basing on my experience with GSoC this is way to complicated topic for mentorship and I'm not going to mentor it at all.
