Don't edit anything in _site. Edit the source files.

But according to give link https://github.com/poole/lanyon they have changes in body directly how is that possible.

You edit the root *.html files, or the files in _posts, and then start Jekyll.

No changes are made. Recently i have been trying to disable disqus from certain page in github but when i remove the code from page and start server it's back on then. Do you have any idea about that?
