@bketelsen - did you make any headway on this? I have tried to reproduce using numerous variations of references, push/no-push, http/https, and can't seem to get this same panic.

@bketelsen - when you get a chance, would you try upgrading your code to current master and lmk if you are still seeing this error?

I found that I had a case where nil was hanging around the gzipResponseWriter (which indicated that there was no http.Pusher available, but was being called and thus causing the panic)

If you're still seeing the panic, I may ask if I can see the file(s) with type(s) that triggers the panic when making the content API call.. hard to debug this one from afar.
