Thanks for reporting the issue. I will look into it. I have not seen this before but will try to reproduce. I also use chrome on osx. If you get a chance to try with Safari and see if it happens as well that would be a good data point.

I tried both safari and ff and see the same bug in both.
simply bouncing the service is ended well in the UI.
But reinstalling it (and perhaps other length operations) get stuck

Hmmm I am very puzzled. I tried your scenario and cannot reproduce it. Are you using the pre-packaged version or the one you built ? If you use the one you built, I would recommend giving a shot to the prebuilt one.

With the latest version I can't reproduce this anymore, so I'm going to close it
