R+stan mode attempt, rest of file treated as a string about polymode

Hi, sorry for the very delayed reply. Everything should work as expected if both starting and ending " is in the same mode. Have you tried including " into the head and tail reg-expressions?

I probably won't be able to work on polymode for the next couple of weeks, but once I do I will include this into the polymode.

I am closing this due to lack of interest. @tpapp if you are still interested please open a dedicated issue in poly-R repo. If you think other users would benefit from it I would be willing to add it to the core repo. Thanks.
