Overview for updates this week

1. add functions to update countries and total miles

• email is the key for queries to update user table

• add a static global class in main activity class to get email, change to you own login email when testing. Otherwise, you won't get result for this user. This will be fixed later. (fixed)

• change the type of column named num_of_countries in user table from int to String, countries are seperated by ','(ex: China,United States)

• add functions in userConnector to facilitate update user table

• update statistics at real time

• show medal and journal tab in fragment
