Well considering the code is still there and AFAIK it does work, i'd say the documentation is not correct, so I would advise you to update it, but again, like your previous issue, you're looking at the wrong documentation.
Because it's a documentation issue, im gonna move to react-spring.io

I guess that makes the most sense, although it is partly a question around the codebase and the correct behaviour moving forward. It would be good to get clarification on the correct expectation for this prop if it is meant to be sticking around.
