Multiselect in settings are broken about antispam-bee

I've tested a little bit and found the culprit.

It looks like #478 is the reason.

the reasons are filled, but afterwards they are empty. This happens because the reason (self::$defaults['reasons'][ $val ]) is not filled and therefore unset.

The array is loaded but is missing the reasons, because these are only loaded in the init but not in the get_options context.

If I move self::add_reasons_to_defaults(); out of the if it works again, but then the translation will get loaded via just_in_time and not via self::load_plugin_lang();.

There is no connection with PHP8 - this is a bug in the 2.11.2 version.
