NanoLogCpp17 conflicts with Boost about nanolog

Hi Jie-Cheng,

Thanks for reporting the issue. It turns out the problem was due to NanoLog's headers erroneously including the assert header file within the NanoLog namespace. This wrapped all the functions defined by assert.h, such as assert(), within that namespace and made them unavailable for others (such as Boost) to use.

I've pushed a fix to the issue. Please give it a try, and let me know if any more issues come up =).
