👋 I'm also facing this error on the same version numbers as OP.
What is strange is that dev mode works fine, only the build fails.
Edit:
Oh! nvm, This is fixed in latest 4.1.1 :) thanks!

What version of Next? Our pages example works but maybe it's cause we're on a new version of Next 🤔

Hmm I can't repro. This is Next.js 12.3.4 which definetely shouldn't have any access to the use hook (right???):
