Either install the 10.8 SDK or open it in Xcode and update it to use 10.10's SDK.

Why would you use the 10.8 SDK? Aren't you already using 10.9 or 10.10?

Yeah, i use OS X 10.10 and 10.9 (dual boot), but what i can do?

Set the "OS X Deployment Target" to "10.10" If you don't have the 10.10SDK then I suppose that you aren't using Xcode 6+ but an older version.
