Hi thanks for the recommendation, I am using the GitHub files because they were easier to plot. I don't have much experience working with API but I will try and look into it. If I can get to it work I will use it instead of the GitHub.

And that's exactly why I suggested the COVID19Py package 🙂
It's pretty simple to work with and will let you get more often updates!
It gets data directly out of that API anyways.
