Move to python3 about bmc

After looking at it more in depth, it seems that all the module are Python3-compatible, except requesocks…

I could not get it to install under python3. I tried to get more infos from its author, but I'm not sure there will be any solution.

I will have to find another way, maybe by dropping requests and using only urllib:

• https://github.com/polymorphm/lib-socks-proxy => monkey patch, I don't like it much
• https://code.google.com/r/msmhrt-httplib2/source/browse/python2/httplib2/socks.py => to be converted to python3 and packaged correctly
• http://socksipy.sourceforge.net/ => python2 only I think
• https://github.com/Anorov/PySocks => My best bet for now

I will be working on this 2to3 conversion in the 2to3 branch.

The current 2to3 branch should be working using PySocks and Python 2.7.

Still some work to do to handle Python 3.*.
